Maryland Pet Acupuncture with Greta McVey make an appointment now

New Patients

Your first visit, which includes a full exam, will take 45 minutes to an hour (subsequent visits last about 30 minutes).

Most pets improve over the course of between three and eight treatment sessions. For more information about how acupuncture works and what an appointment is like, see Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Please print and complete the Client Information form and bring it to your first visit.
  • By Maryland law, your pet must have visited a veterinarian within 14 days of beginning acupuncture. You’ll need to:
    • bring me a letter or receipt from the vet, and
    • an up-to-date copy of your pet’s rabies vaccination form.
  • On the day of your appointment, please wait for me with your pet at the top of the driveway near the garden gate – or by your car – until I’ve safely escorted any departing clients (see Location/Directions).

To cancel or change your appointment without being charged, please notify me within 24 hours of your originally scheduled time. Except in cases of emergency, appointments that are missed or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount. Thank you for appreciating the value of our time together.
